What is involved:
The first session will define the current area for improvement and identify the desired outcome in a well formed way.

Subsequent sessions where required will work towards unlocking your potential to meet the desired outcome and to overcome limiting constraints.

One to One sessions last approximately 1 hour.

I can deliver NLP training for small groups by arrangement. These workshops include a strong element of experiential learning to complement the theoretical content

Currently I am offering 'a brief introduction to NLP', which is a two day workshop.
